The journey I've experienced through business and life has been incredibly rewarding. All of the relationships, successes and failures, now provide a platform for me to help others see further down the playing field. Going forward, my purpose and goal is to steward these experiences to help others grow in business and general life effectiveness and achieve their goals faster than could have ever been imagined.

I've built my value system on a biblical foundation and have surrounded myself with seasoned leaders that share their insights and wisdom with me freely. My passion is to pour into others, auxanien allows me to carry-out this mission in ways I'd never dreamed possible.

When not at work, I enjoy time with my wife, Barb and my family. We live in Rosemount, MN and enjoy just about anything that brings us together including good food, games and family vacations.
